Jennifer Kushell, CEO, Exploring Your Potential Ventures. Ms. Kushell was literally raised in the franchise industry. In her teens she discovered some of the biggest brands were started by young people and launched the first online network to support young entrepreneurs. Her Young Entrepreneurs Network supported 25,000 young leaders in 160 countries. The International Franchise Association hired Ms. Kushell and she created the NextGen in Franchising Campaign.
